It was a very good app, you have to spend a lot of money to get any rewards. When I updated the app it signed me out and I have been unable to sign back in. I might just delete it

This latest version is easier to look at paying much better attention to the visuals but loading coupons has become unbearably slow. About 15 seconds to load each one. With a hundred plus coupons to look at I could be hear all day waiting for them to load.

This app is really lacking in quality and usefulness. The digital coupons rarely change and there arent very many to begin with. If I do try to add a coupon, it takes almost a full minute to add it to my card. Im surprised that a major grocery store chain doesnt have a more functional app. They should hire whoever designed Safeways app and completely overhaul this one. The Safeway app has tons of coupons available and they update every week with the new sales. Luckys app seems like it was created by a child. Its virtually useless.

A new store opened up in Georgia but you guys dont have it listed on your app!

This is the worst app ever. Each time I try to launch it, it would not start up even after 15-20 good minutes. I have tried everything from uninstalling the app and re-installing to trying it on different other smart phones. Wish I had zero stars option.. The reward points are just an eye wash since I can never avail them, cos the app never launches.. Is that a good strategy or what?

The site is not production quality. It locks up and no one seems to notice. Pay attention.

I have to literally budget time before going shopping to attempt to work this app. Marginally worth it.

The app is too slow, even while on 4G or WiFi on a iPhone 6. Start up is slow and the addition of each item to a list or the addition of a coupon causes the whole app to freeze. Because the apps search engine is good and the coupons are good, its really unfortunate that the app is such a pain to use.

Love this store. Love this app.

Click to view the navigation menu and it disappears. No way to know which link youre looking because it just becomes blank. Please fix this!

With so many bugs it is not really possible to put it to use ... I am going to uninstall it to save myself headache and space ...

App works well. No trouble at all. I would like to see a shortcut for top to bottom menu. Scrolling forever bites.

Theyre prices are already more expensive than Safeway and this app does absolutely nothing to help. Not worth downloading

While I really like shopping at Lucky Supermarkets, I definitely dont love this app. Some of the major issues: Periodically signs me out so that I never know if I have to log in again or not (for comparison, I have only had to sign in to my Safeway account two or three times since I created it three years ago). The menu is black-on-black and is unreadable unless I press on one of the options. The points system is barely an incentive. Every dollar spent earns one point, however there are never any promotions to earn extra points like other stores (e.g. Raleys, Rite Aid, Walgreens...) have. The available rewards are pitiful, and a quick bit of math puts the approximate value of a point at about one cent. A free jar of peanut butter costs 300 points, which means you have to spend $300 just to score some Skippy. All this would be fine, because a measly 1% back is still better than nothing, except for the fact that I just discovered that the points expire (the latest update at least puts this info on the home menu). Im just one guy, so Im discovering that I cant accrue points fast enough to reach a reward option before chunks of my points expire. This effectively means that I wasted my time every shopping trip that I punched in my phone number, not to mention signing up in the first place. Coming from one of my favorite stores, and with such a catchy name, I had high hopes for this app. Unfortunately, its just a big disappointment.

I really cant tell if the same thing is always on sale or if they never up date sales. Then as some else said prices and the point system arent really wroth it. Now the whole is messing up and wont let me add things. I was just going to give this a try, well I did, now I am going back to my normal stores.

Just updated to get the $5 credit and all the new features, but the app wont even open on my phone. Hope this gets fixed soon!

I have downloaded, removed and downloaded again and it just keeps closing. Very disappointed that this doesnt work. Hope it gets fixed soon, Id really like to use it!

Updated and now the App wont open

I accepted the update to 3.0 on 9/21/15 and the app crashes every time I try to start it.

I installed the update today to use the new features & it wouldnt open. I uninstalled, rebooted then reinstalled and it continues to crash/not open. Is there a fix for it or how do I go about getting my old version back?
