It was a very good app, you have to spend a lot of money to get any rewards. When I updated the app it signed me out and I have been unable to sign back in. I might just delete it
This latest version is easier to look at paying much better attention to the visuals but loading coupons has become unbearably slow. About 15 seconds to load each one. With a hundred plus coupons to look at I could be hear all day waiting for them to load.
This app is really lacking in quality and usefulness. The digital coupons rarely change and there arent very many to begin with. If I do try to add a coupon, it takes almost a full minute to add it to my card. Im surprised that a major grocery store chain doesnt have a more functional app. They should hire whoever designed Safeways app and completely overhaul this one. The Safeway app has tons of coupons available and they update every week with the new sales. Luckys app seems like it was created by a child. Its virtually useless.
A new store opened up in Georgia but you guys dont have it listed on your app!
This is the worst app ever. Each time I try to launch it, it would not start up even after 15-20 good minutes. I have tried everything from uninstalling the app and re-installing to trying it on different other smart phones. Wish I had zero stars option.. The reward points are just an eye wash since I can never avail them, cos the app never launches.. Is that a good strategy or what?
